【イベント報告】　メディカルメイク&ネイル体験会を開催しました！

2013年6月2日, 9月28日にメディカルメイクアソシエーション様の協力のもと、抗がん剤治療などによる色素沈着等をカバーする専用メイク”メディカルメイク”の体験会を開催しました。

By the cooperation of Medical Make-up Association (MMA) , medical make up especially for cancer survivors after the treatment was practiced. MMA provided 10 members who mastered a year of training of medical make-up. JPLS member and 6 volunteers also joined. 9 survivors in total.

    • メイクアップアーティスト（メディカルメイクアソシエーション）、ジャパンフォーリブストロング関係者、看護師、作業療法士、セラピスト、ヨガ関係者

当日の様子

9月に実施された2回目の体験会は28日ということで、世界の2800万人のがんサバイバーさんを称える意味をこめました。

和気あいあいとメイク&ネイルをしながら、とっても盛り上がりました！

メイクを通じてがんサバイバー同士の交流の場となり、メディカルメイクアソシエーションの皆様とネットワークも築けました。参加したサバイバーのうち1名の方がサバイバーフォーラムにも出席してくれました。

Some cancer survivors didn’t talk a lot at the beginning of the event, but after the medical make-up, they seemed like opened their mind. One of the participated survivor was inspired and participated to the survivor’s forum. This is the impact we made and this will spill over to the cancer survivors and hospital staffs in Japan. Made good relationship with each other which continues after the event, and which is also expected to be continued longer for the future.
